Me time!

Hi all! My previous blog post stated how busy I was with the weekly routine etc. I know mums everywhere are busy and getting on with it (hats off to us all!) but I've been reflecting on this. I've realised that it's important that in the midest of our busy lives, we should make time for ourselves! How? I hear you ask. l have listed different ideas below for mums to enjoy a bit of 'me time'.

This is in no particular order 🤗

  1. Read your favourite book

  2. Watch your favourite TV shows 

  3. Go for a walk 

  4. Exercise at the gym or at home 

  5. Go for a jog (my favourite!)

  6. Have a good chat (pick up the phone!)

  7. Catch up with friends 

  8. Shopping (buy an item that you really like it does not matter how small it is) 

  9. Treat yourself to a manicure/pedicure 

  10. Rest! (put your feet up and do absolutely nothing!)
