At the beginning of this month I ran a poll on my Instagram story for my next blog. A majority of people wanted a blog about self care ideas. As a parent, self care is very important! In order for us to function properly, we need to ensure that we take care of our minds and our body. This time of the year is the perfect time for self care. Some of you are off from work or you are preparing for the new year. Below, I’ve got 10 ideas for self care:
1- Read an inspirational book
2- Write a list of things that you want to achieve (short or long term)
3- Go for a walk
6- Listen to your favourite music
7- Treat your self! (a glass of wine, chocolate, clothes)
8- Cook (your favourite meal)
9- Exercise (at home or in the gym)
10-Watch TV shows, films and box sets
